Daily Rates
We understand how important family is in today's life. So we offer special rates to families
who want to enjoy a quality hunt and great experience with their loved ones.
Special rates available for Husband/Wife and or children under the age of 18.

Daily Rates Include:
- Transportation to and from the airport (personal pick-up and drop off).
- Services of a licensed professional hunter.
- Services of Trackers and Skinners.
- Accommodation and camp staff.
- All meals and beverages (Limited alcoholic drinks).
- Daily Laundry.
- Field preparation of trophies.
- Transportation during hunt. (modern 4x4 hunting vehicle).
- Qualified Paramedic on hunt (EMT-I).
Daily Rates Exclude:

- Taxidermist fees.
- Dipping, crating and packaging of trophies for shipment.
- Air cargo charges or trophy shipment.
- Accommodation before and after the hunt.
- International and domestic air fares.
- Gratuities for camp staff and PH.
- Any items and services of personal nature.
- Personal insurances, Medical insurance, Travel insurance.
- Government Value Added Tax.
- Hire of rifles and ammunition

Terms & Bookings:
Deposit of 50% of daily rate will confirm and secure your booking.
- Balance payable on arrival.
- Should a hunt be cancelled for any reason less than six months prior to the stated hunt date,
the deposit is not refunded, If cancelled more than 6 months 50% of the deposit is refunded.
(But by sole discretion of the outfit can be held over for the next season.)
- Payments by traveler's cheques or cash only. (Wire transfer acceptable for deposit)
- All other costs incurred during the Safari, together with trophy fees are payable on completion of the hunt.

Conditions:
- Rates are subject to change. But not after your arrival.
- Certain species do require CITIES permits.
- Game not listed may be negotiated.
- Only animals taken or wounded will be charged for.
Trophies prices are available on request according to our clients needs.
